Stress treatment in Ayurveda
Today, almost everyone is passing through some sort of stress. At times, certain amount of stress is good for overall performance and output but when stress gets excess and permanent, it is not good for the body. It disturbs the routine, it effects on behavior, relationships and confidence.
What is stress?
Simply, stress is our body’s response. Whenever our body feels insecure or under some sort of attack, body starts generating pressure from within. In such condition, there are two options available with everyone. “Fight or flight”. Positively fighting with the stress acts as a great stress buster. It increases confidence, self-esteem and satisfaction. On the other hand, running away from the situation (flight) generates more and more stress over the period of time. At some level, it makes person unable to cop the stress and it affects negatively on performance, self-esteem and satisfaction.
